About Us: Since 1998, Randy & Angie Cooke have been serving up southern favorites in the Circus City. We've been featured in Oklahoma Living Magazine and are known for our great home cooking and daily lunch specials. Randy & Angie definitely are not absentee owners, there is a good chance they are cooking up whichever comfort food favorite you choose. Randy spends his mornings cooking up the lunch specials with favorites like meatloaf, fried catfish, and chicken fried steaks. Meanwhile, Angie cooks up delectable desserts like homemade cobblers, pies, and cakes. We invite everyone to come out and grab a bite with us!

Hugo's history: Hugo's first circus was the Al G. Kelly Miller Bros. Circus and began wintering here in 1937. Local Hugo businessman Vernon Pratt, a self professed circus fan, went to Mena, Arkansas to talk to Obert Miller, the owner of the Al G. Kelly Miller Bros. Circus. Miller accepted Pratt's offer to house the circus in Hugo and Circus City, USA was born.
Since then 22 different circuses have called Hugo home, with as many as five at the same time. Today there are three circuses that call Hugo home: Carson & Barnes, Kelly Miller, and Culpepper & Merriweather. This rich history makes Hugo famous in the circus world, and we cater to all who are interested. If you have any questions feel free to direct them to [email protected]
